How to activate warranty service?

Please follow the prompts to enter your information, including your name, email, order ID, etc.
We back it up with a 180-day warranty. From the date of purchase to 180 days, if there are any quality problems during the warranty period, you can contact us for refund or exchange service.

What is not covered by the SmartDevil warranty?

Only products purchased directly from the SmartDevil Amazon store are eligible for this warranty as other sellers/channels may offer different or changed warranties.

How do I get a warranty extension?

Please submit information to register for extended warranty within 14 days after purchasing the product. You cannot apply after the expiration date.

The permanent warranty has no expiration date, if the product is damaged or there are any problems with the product itself, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

Household appliances (humidifiers, fans, etc.) are not covered by a permanent warranty. The general warranty period is 180 days. If you apply for extended warranty, the warranty period will be extended to 360 days.
