Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed during weekends and holidays will start processing the next available business day. We'll do our best to process your order, pack it securely, and ship it out as quickly as we can.

Please note:

• If you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours, after the item has been shipped, it can't be canceled.
• Circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
• If an order consists of several products, we will try to ship them together and make sure all your items reach you at the same time. However, as different products also may be shipped via different couriers. You will receive a respective email notification for different tracking.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped and get a tracking number, you will receive a shipping information email automatically. Please check the email address that you used to place an order for the tracking details.
