How to activate the warranty service?

Please follow the prompts to input your information, including your name, email, order ID, etc.


We support a 180-day warranty. From the date of purchase to 180 days, if there is any quality problem during the warranty period, you can contact us for a refund or replacement service.

What is not covered under the SmartDevil warranty?

Only products purchased directly from the SmartDevil Amazon store are eligible for this warranty, as other sellers/channels may offer different or changed warranties.

How do I get a warranty extension?

Please submit your information to register the extended warranty within 14 days after purchasing the product, and you cannot apply for it after it expires.


The permanent warranty has no duration, if the product is damaged or there is any problem with the product itself, please contact us for a refund or replacement.

Notice:
Home appliances (humidifiers, fans, etc.) are not subject to permanent warranty. The general warranty period is 180 days. If you apply for an extended warranty, the warranty period will be extended to 360 days.
