What is the difference among diverse series?

・Privacy (Black) Film
Utilizes micro-louver technology. Offers exceptionally high light-blocking properties. The screen is only visible when viewed directly from the front.

・Clear (Transparent) Film
Made with high-transparency PET substrate. Does not block external light, allowing it to pass through freely. Maximizes the screen's original vivid colors and brightness.

・Anti-Reflective (AR) Film
The surface is treated with a reflection-reducing coating. Maintains screen clarity while making it easier to view, even in bright conditions.

・Blue Light Blocking Film
Infused with special light-absorbing agents. Absorbs and cuts off the blue light emitted from the screen, helping to reduce eye strain.

How to apply the screen film perfectly?

① Clean the screen thoroughly before you start. Any dust or residue can cause bubbles, so be sure to wipe it down carefully with the included cleaning cloth.

② Secure the alignment tool firmly around all four corners. To prevent lifting or shifting, make sure the phone is held steady and each corner clicks into place.

③ When pulling the protective film, place your palm flat on the alignment tool and pull slowly — keeping it parallel to the screen at all times.

What if it lifts or bubbles appear after application?

Gently press bubbles out with a soft cloth, from center to edges. Small bubbles usually disappear within 1–2 days. If it doesn't improve after a few days, contact us for a replacement.

How long is the warranty period?

For one year from your purchase date, each item is covered for one replacement. And if you register for the extended warranty, that period gets bumped up to three years total.

Is there a time limit for extended warranty registration?

You can apply anytime within the standard warranty period — one year from the date of purchase.

Is there any fee for the extended warranty?

No, the extended warranty is completely free. You just need to apply within the standard warranty period (1 year from purchase), and it will be extended to 3 years at no additional cost.

What is covered by the warranty?

・Initial defects
Initial defects upon arrival (such as damaged or dirty packaging), missing accessories, incorrect model or size selection, etc.
※ In the case of initial defects, if the replacement product also has issues, we can send another replacement (limited to the warranty period).

・Installation failure
Dust trapped during installation, air bubbles, misalignment, etc.

・Issues during use
Cracks or shattering that occur during normal use.

What is not covered under warranty?

The following cases are not eligible for warranty service:

  • If the product is already past its warranty period
  • Damage caused by intentional acts, misuse, improper handling, or minor scratches that do not affect normal use
  • Products that have already received a replacement under warranty (second or later claims for the same item)
  • Cases where the order number or details of the issue cannot be provided
  • Products purchased outside of authorized SmartDevil retailers or the official website
